The Customer and the Shipping Company must provide a valid Security Cheque to the seller prior to the vehicle's release.

UAE Customs Compliance (Proof of Export): The party issuing the security cheque and the designated shipping company are strictly bound to provide legitimate customs validation immediately upon export:
• For Sea Shipments: The official stamped Customs Exit & Entry Certificates along with the valid Bill of Lading (B/L).
• For Cross-Border Road Shipments: The official stamped Customs Exit & Entry Certificates along with the official Road Manifest / Truck Waybill. الامتثال لجمارك دولة الإمارات (إثبات التصدير): يلتزم الطرف المصدر لشيك الضمان وشركة الشحن المحددة بتقديم وثائق الجمارك الرسمية فوراً بعد التصدير:
• للشحن البحري: شهادات خروج ودخول الجمارك الرسمية المختومة بالإضافة إلى بوليصة الشحن (B/L) السارية.
• للشحن البري عبر الحدود: شهادات خروج ودخول الجمارك الرسمية المختومة بالإضافة إلى البيان البري الرسمي / بيان حمولة الشاحنة.

If the vehicle exits or passes through the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the shipping company/responsible party is strictly obligated to provide the official stamped Abu Dhabi Customs Exit-Entry Paper.
إذا خرجت المركبة أو مرت عبر إمارة أبوظبي، تلتزم شركة الشحن/الطرف المسؤول التزاماً صارماً بتقديم ورقة خروج ودخول جمارك أبوظبي الرسمية المختومة.
The security cheque will only be returned or canceled once all the above-mentioned stamped official customs documents and transport bills (Sea/Road) are successfully delivered and verified by the seller.
لن يتم إرجاع شيك الضمان أو إلغاؤه إلا بعد تسليم جميع المستندات الجمركية الرسمية المختومة وفواتير النقل (البحري/البري) المذكورة أعلاه بنجاح والتحقق منها من قبل البائع.
